Return and Refund Policy
Contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without approval may be refused or delayed.
Return window: Eligible unused items may be requested for return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned with original packaging, hardware, manuals, and protective materials.
Lighting that has been installed, wired, altered, scratched, modified, or missing parts is not eligible for standard return. Custom, made-to-order, final sale, clearance, replacement parts, and special project orders may not be returnable unless required by law or unless we approve the return in writing.
Return shipping: Unless the return is due to our error or an approved damage/defect claim, the customer is responsible for return shipping, freight, insurance, and any carrier fees. For large fixtures, return freight can be significant and may require the original packaging.
Refund timing: After an approved return arrives and passes inspection, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, upgraded delivery services, return freight, missing packaging, damage from return transit, and restocking or repacking costs may be deducted where applicable.
Damage or defect claims: Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery with the order number, clear photos of the box, shipping label, packaging, damaged area, and full product. Keep all packaging until we confirm the next step.
