Designers, architects, builders, and contractors may request additional available product documents before ordering.

How to request documents

Email support@dalmivik.com with the product link or model, quantity, project name, destination, and the exact information required. Include the review deadline when the request is time-sensitive.

Project review

When available for the exact product, supporting material may include dimension drawings, installation information, carton details, or other product documentation. The project team remains responsible for reviewing structural support, electrical configuration, location suitability, code requirements, and installation conditions.

Certification and rating boundaries

Dalmivik does not claim that a fixture has a particular certification, damp or wet rating, IP rating, commercial approval, or code approval unless that information is stated for the exact product or confirmed in writing.
