These Terms govern use of dalmivik.com and purchases from Dalmivik Inc. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and order information and to use the website lawfully.

Product information

Dalmivik works to present accurate product descriptions, dimensions, finishes, images, prices, and availability. Natural material, glass, stone, metal, and finish variation may occur. Screen settings and photography can affect color appearance. Contact us before ordering when a dimension, finish, installation condition, or project requirement is critical.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or checkout. Applicable tax, duties, or other charges are shown when available. An order is not accepted solely because it was submitted. Dalmivik may review, accept, decline, correct, or cancel an order affected by suspected fraud, inaccurate information, pricing error, unavailable delivery service, or inability to fulfill.

Order changes and cancellation

Contact Dalmivik as soon as possible. A change or cancellation is effective only after written confirmation. Once an item has entered production, been packed, or been handed to a carrier, changes may not be possible.

Shipping, returns, and warranty

The Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Warranty and Care Policy form part of these Terms. Those pages explain delivery estimates, customer responsibilities, return eligibility, damage claims, refund processing, and warranty review.

Lighting installation and use

Hardwired lighting should be installed by a qualified electrician according to the product information, included instructions, mounting conditions, and local electrical code. Dalmivik does not provide electrical installation, permits, site inspection, or engineering approval. The purchaser and installer are responsible for confirming structural support, voltage, light source, wattage, control compatibility, location suitability, and code requirements before installation.

Trade and project orders

Quotes, specifications, submittals, delivery estimates, and project communication apply only to the products, quantities, destinations, and dates stated in writing. A quote does not guarantee inventory, production capacity, certification, or delivery until Dalmivik confirms the order.

Website and intellectual property

Website text, branding, graphics, product presentation, and original content may not be copied, republished, or used to imply affiliation with Dalmivik without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Service availability

Dalmivik may correct website errors, update content, suspend a feature, or restrict unlawful or harmful use. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted at all times.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Dalmivik is not responsible for losses caused by improper installation, use contrary to instructions, incompatible electrical components, customer or contractor modification, missed project dates, carrier events outside our reasonable control, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
