Bulb Compatibility
Bulb requirements vary by fixture. Always follow the product page and included installation instructions for socket type, voltage, maximum wattage, bulb shape, and dimmer compatibility.
Common lighting decisions include warm white vs. neutral white, dimmable vs. non-dimmable bulbs, integrated LED vs. replaceable bulbs, and whether the fixture needs a compatible wall dimmer.
For refined residential spaces, many customers prefer warm light, often around 2700K or 3000K depending on the room and surrounding finishes. The right choice depends on wall color, ceiling height, fixture material, and how the room is used.
Do not exceed the maximum wattage listed for the fixture. If a fixture will be used with a dimmer, confirm that the bulbs and dimmer are compatible before installation.
