Yes. Designers, contractors, builders, and project teams can contact us with product links, quantities, delivery ZIP code, timing, and installation requirements.
Do you provide specification information?
When available, product pages will include dimensions, finish notes, bulb compatibility, canopy or mounting details, and installation guidance. If a project requires a tear sheet or spec information before ordering, contact us.
Do fixtures include bulbs?
Bulb inclusion varies by product and will be stated on the product page when products are listed. If the bulb type, wattage, voltage, dimmer compatibility, or color temperature matters for your project, confirm before purchase.
Should I hire an electrician?
Hardwired lighting should be installed by a qualified electrician and used according to local electrical codes. Dalmivik does not provide electrical installation services.
Can delivery dates be guaranteed?
No. We provide realistic estimates, but large lighting can be affected by production status, freight routing, customs, final-mile appointments, weather, and building access.
What should I do if a fixture arrives damaged?
Keep all packaging and contact us within 5 calendar days with photos of the box, label, packaging, product, and damaged area.
