Estimated parcel delivery time: Smaller lighting parts or accessories may arrive in about 7-18 business days after carrier pickup when parcel service is available.

Estimated freight or oversized delivery time: Larger chandeliers, pendant fixtures, and oversized lighting may require about 25-55 business days from order date depending on production status, packaging, freight routing, customs checks, carrier capacity, and final-mile appointment availability.

Shipping options and costs shown at checkout apply to the eligible delivery address entered by the customer. We do not promise free shipping unless a shipping method shown at checkout explicitly states that it is free.

Large lighting may ship in multiple cartons. Delivery appointments, building access, freight elevator rules, limited-access locations, remote areas, weather, customs, and carrier delays may affect timing. If an order is time-sensitive, contact us before purchase so we can check the current estimate.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. If a carrier charges address-correction, re-delivery, storage, or return freight fees due to an incorrect address or missed appointment, those fees may be passed to the customer.

Inspect cartons at delivery. If visible damage is present, note it with the carrier when possible and keep all packaging until the issue is resolved.
